The IFAK pouch comes with a removable inner insert designed for a medical kit (not included). Thanks to its smart design, the pouch allows rapid one-handed access, making it ideal for emergency situations where every second matters. On the back, you’ll find laser-cut openings for plastic MOLLE clips (not included – available separately) which allow the IFAK to be mounted vertically or horizontally, whether on the rear of your belt, side of a plate carrier, or a drop leg panel.The front features a VELCRO patch with a black cross in the Novritsch logo shape. When removed, it reveals a laser-cut red cross underneath for clear medic identification – ideal for in-game medics. Built from durable materials, the pouch is made for hand-washing only.
