Piston head – standard ALU

Precise piston head made out of very strong technical plastic POLYOXYMETHYLEN – Pom C at CNC machining center. It is very light and durable thanks to used material. We guarantee trouble free use with spring up to M150. Piston head has 10 pressure holes for sealing o-ring’s maximum effectiveness. It is also equiped with centering o-ring.
Pros of centering o-ring:

reduction of friction of piston head in cylinder
extending cylinder’s lifetime
lower wear of piston head’s side

Piston head comes with axial bearing, which prevents spring crossing and lowers probability of its breaking. We recommend to lube sealing elements with silicon vaseline. Be careful not to block pressure holes. It might lead to serious loss of performance.
