The second generation of the thermal scope Thunder TE19 2.0 from Hikmicro offers significant improvements over its predecessor. The new model boasts a more robust construction, ergonomic button layout, and a custom-designed 4400mAh Li-ion battery, providing up to 10 hours of continuous operation.
Users will also appreciate the revamped user interface, which is now more intuitive and easier to navigate. The TE19 2.0 is equipped with a 12μm thermal core with a resolution of 256x192px and a sensitivity of a lt;35mK, capable of detecting temperature differences smaller than 0.035°C.
The 19mm lens enables thermal target detection at distances of up to 1000 meters.
The image is displayed on a 1024x768px OLED display with a refresh rate of 50Hz, providing a smooth and detailed overview of the situation. Users can choose from four color modes (black hot, white hot, red hot, and fusion) and adjust the brightness and image temperature. Captured photos and videos with audio can be stored on the built-in 16GB storage or the Hikmicro Sight mobile app.
The device supports up to five user profiles, allowing use on five different weapons without the need for repeated zeroing. One of the advantages is the Recoil-activation Recording function, which automatically records several seconds before and after the shot (triggered by the weapon’s recoil).
