Tracking Information

Yes! 📦 We provide a tracking number for every order. You will receive an email with your tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address?

If you have entered the wrong shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at info@beetac.com within 12 hours of placing your order to request a correction.

Damaged Items

We securely package all orders to prevent damage. However, if your item arrives damaged:

3️⃣ We will assist you in resolving the situation as soon as possible.
